{"id":78,"date":"2016-02-23T17:29:50","date_gmt":"2016-02-23T17:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/summerschool2016.eswc-conferences.org\/?page_id=78"},"modified":"2016-04-25T11:06:13","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T10:06:13","slug":"registration-fees-and-grants","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/summerschool2016.eswc-conferences.org\/attending\/registration-fees-and-grants\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration Fees and Grants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>STI Members &#8211; &euro;720<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To qualify for STI Member fee your host institution should be one of those listed on one of the two pages below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sti2.org\/organisation\/members\/\" title=\"STI Partners\">STI partners list<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sti2.org\/organisation\/partners\/\" title=\"STI Members\">STI members list<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non Members &#8211; &euro;850<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"evenblock\">\n<p><strong>Registration Fees include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attendance at the school, including lectures, tutorials, hands-on sessions, poster session, networking, student projects<\/p>\n<p>Learning materials as described on the Web site<\/p>\n<p>Coffee breaks from the 5th of September to the 10th of September at the school venue<\/p>\n<p>Social dinner on September 9th<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students must bring their own device for participating in the school project and hands on sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Registration does not include transportation to and from the airport, though we will assist with the transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Registration does not include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though we will provide a list of recommended venues for students to book on their own.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations are only accepted until August 8th, 2016. Prior to this date refunds will be made in full less a 100 Euros cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued after August 8th, 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1 class=\"grants\" id=\"grant\">Travel grants<\/h1>\n<p>This year we are offering grants of 1000\u20ac to selected students of the Summer School.
