STI Members – €720
To qualify for STI Member fee your host institution should be one of those listed on one of the two pages below:
Non Members – €850
Registration Fees include:
Attendance at the school, including lectures, tutorials, hands-on sessions, poster session, networking, student projects
Learning materials as described on the Web site
Coffee breaks from the 5th of September to the 10th of September at the school venue
Social dinner on September 9th
Important notes:
Students must bring their own device for participating in the school project and hands on sessions.
Registration does not include transportation to and from the airport, though we will assist with the transfer.
Registration does not include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though we will provide a list of recommended venues for students to book on their own.
Cancellations are only accepted until August 8th, 2016. Prior to this date refunds will be made in full less a 100 Euros cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued after August 8th, 2016.
Travel grants
This year we are offering grants of 1000โฌ to selected students of the Summer School. To apply, please send an email to eswc-summer-school@sti2.org with the subject “Travel grant application” including one paragraph on each of the following:
- Why is it important to you to attend the school
- CV highlights to date
- What impact you expect the school to have on your research and career ambitions
The deadline for the application is June 17th 2016.

To receive a grant you have to be an admitted participant of the ESWC Summer School 2016.
